And it came to pass that Sarah bore an adoptive daughter in her old age

Hi everyone! Quick update, I got transferred last week with 3 weeks left of my mission
;( today is my second to last p day ;/ My companion is brand new in Chile, her name is hermana Bunker. im now in the big city, in Santiago Centro. I'm in the area Republica 2, we're splitting our ward with elders. I'm happy because I always wanted to go to the city, but sad because I got yeeted out of the area I thought I was going to finish in. Hey but I'm in the same district as hermana Chaipul, and the same zone as elder Dowling, so thats awesome =) Not like I'm going to see them that much, but hey, something to be happy about!
It's been rough adjusting to the city, everything is so different here compared to the rest of the mission, literally. but we're doing good! People actually talk to us on the street, and it really works to find people to teach! It's really surprising.
Our ward is great, and it's so big! We've been really well recieved by the members, and they're all so nice. I think everyone is excited to have sisters in the ward. Lol when we go to church I don't even feel like we're in Chile anymore, there are so many members from other countries. I would say the majority of our ward is from Ecuador, followed by Venezuela, and the rest from Chile and other countries.
We've been able to get a hang of our area and meet people to teach, we've found quite a few people that have a lot of potential!!
Miracle time: So I mentioned talking to people on the street. yesterday as we were coming home from church, we said hi to this one guy on the street, and casually started talking to him. We told him that we just went to church, and he asked us where it was, and a little bit about our church. Well I just started to testify. I gave him the Restoration in about a minute, and asked for his number. He didn't want to give us his number, so we gave him ours. I thought the opportunity was lost, normally people don't contat us. but he did! Later in the afternoon he wrote us a message and said that he was thinking a lot about how we met on the street, how it might be a sign from God, and how he would love to have a lesson with us. wooohooo!!
anyway, I've got to do some more crap today but I'll send a whole lot of pictures xD
Bye for now,
Hermana Smalley
